Secret Recipe’s cake exhibit dazzles with a profusion of delicious-looking cakes (RM5 to RM6 per slice). There are the classic cheese and chocolate staples, and a range of innovative flavours like Kiwi Paradise, Almond Coffee, Rocky Mountain and Oreo Cheese. For the record, Banana Chocolate (chunky pieces of banana sandwiched between chocolate sponge and cream) and Marble Cheese (with an oat nut base) are the in-demand favourites. Aside from the selection of cakes, there are pastas and pies on the menu (the cornish pastie comes recommended). Nice, simple surroundings for a sit-down meal.
