Bambo9 stands out immediately from its neighbouring cafes and clubs; with its sleek black wall panelling, printed windows and seat cushions and red oriental detail, this is one sexy club! Dress to impress at this trendy spot, where people are either chilling out with a happy-hour beer at the dining tables at the front of the club, or dancing the night away near the DJ console. Seats overflow into the open-air courtyard, which is great if you need a breather and a smoke. Weekend or weekday, head here for an urban-sophisticated, yet unpretentious, clubbing experience. We especially like looking up to row upon row of shiny black bamboo on the ceiling. Now, if you're a tad enthusiastic and end up in TTDI Plaza too early (it opens at 5pm), you might be interested to know that Bambo9 has a year-old sister in Bamboo Deli, a few lots down, where they have great cupcake-sized tiramisus and cheesecakes… Now how about that, folks.
