Arguably the best Japanese restaurant in town, whose patrons include well-known corporate figures and royalty, Kampachi does raw fish like no one else. One popular dish to try would be the Shake Sashimi, or sliced raw Norwegian salmon. It does not have the fishy taste that most raw salmon (or any kind of fish, for that matter) have; its freshness is incredible, with a salty, fresh taste to the salmon. The excellent food, impressive presentation, chic ambience and great service make up for the steep prices on the menu.
