Serdang town seems to be the breeding ground for inventive Chinese cooks who offer originality. And Hy Thian is no exception. Serving up dishes that can't be found anywhere else in KL, like clams and glass noodles in pepper soup, pork ribs in dark sweet sauce, butter deep-fried squid, and "exotic" prawns. This typical Chinese restaurant can get quite busy during dinner but you never have to wait too long for your food to arrive.
