Flaky and divinely buttery croissants, delicious strudels with mouthwatering fillings like tomato, mushroom and cheese, a variety of freshly baked bread such as the the flavourful muesli bread, dreamy fruit tarts, and simple but elegantly prepared donuts—this "Swiss gourmet bakery" is definitely not the typical sausage-roll-and-kaya-bun store. Also available are a selection of breads and pastries which are deep-frozen immediately after being made, so that you can take home to prepare just prior to serving. Though it may be a worldwide chain, and the service not exactly warm, the baked goods here will no doubt make you come back for more. If the rather steep prices don't keep you away, that is. The small shop also has a few tables where you can enjoy a cup of coffee too.
