The cosy ambience of Spices is the place to go for intimate dining. Its Western menu offers diner choices of bite size canapes, appertisers, mains and desserts. Try the salmon fume with baby greens, capers, brioche toast drizzled with sesame hoisin vinagrette, baked New Zealand lamb chop with truffle miso glaze and pan-roasted cod fish fillet on whipped potatoes. Enjoy all these with some light entertainment by pianist Kevin Ong.
