"Haere mai" or "welcome" to Maori and all things New Zealand at the Hilton between 12 May to 18 May. This includes guest chefs, winemakers and many other personalities. Chef Jason Dell will kick off the week with wine dinners from 12 May to 14 May and an organic class on 13 May at the Senses Restaurant. Chef Stephen Tindall will present an authentic New Zealand themed buffet and main courses at Sudu from 12 May to 18 May. Chef Bernard Bernabe will then take over at the Senses from 16 May to 17 May, serving two wine dinners with a cooking class on the latter day. Villa Maria Estate's winemaker will conduct a wine master class on 17 May at The Vintage Bank. A flair bartender from 42 Below Vodka will do his thing at The Vintage Bank from 12 May to 15 May and at Zeta Bar from 15 May to 17 May, offering vodka concoctions made 42 degrees below the equator holding a benchmark for air and water purity. Fashionistas can look out for Karen Walker, a New Zealand fashion designer who holds Madonna, Sienna Miller and many other headliners as fans, at her eclectic fashion show. Throughout the week, manuka honey will be served for high tea and at Sudu's daily buffet.
