The Alexis Jazz Jam Session's Resident Quartet is led by trumpet-player-extraordinaire Eddie Wen and accompanied by some of KL's best young talents. This quartet's enthusiasm lies in the exploration and jazz music, it's traditions, language and diversity through jazz's vast family genres.This month, they will be joined by New York based trumpet extraordinaire, Shareef Clayton and his band Faze 3. Although Shareef is still in his early twenties, he has already performed with Wynton Marsalis at the Lincoln Center's Avery Fisher Hall, New York; and with musicians such as Cecil Bridgewater, 2008 Grammy Nominee, Bobby Sanabria and many more.
