Get A KLue: The answers you've been waiting for...

Hey all, we launched Get A KLue last week and though the initial response was slow, we're glad to announce that it's picking up over the past few days. We're going to reply to three questions today, with the next batch some time later this week. So hang in there ... we'll get to yours soon enough. :)

Question 1 from Kamalkhalid:

"Hi, i'd like to know if i'm going to promote an event, can i send a poster or copy details to ur magz? Is there's any rules & regulations? Who should i contact with? And what should i do? Thanx. Cheers~"

Actually this is a question we get all the time. If you want to get your event listed on our site and our magazine, pls send information to events@klue.com.my. Details we need are:

- name of the event
- brief description of what it's about
- contact details (if any)
- e-mail (if any)
- website (if any)
- admission rate
- what date(s) it'll be happening
- what time

If you have posters/flyers/pics of the event, e-mail them over as well.

We also received copious amount of totally random, non-KL or KLue related questions and just cos we're feeling good today, we're gonna answer them for you too!

Question 2 from Melanie B:

"How can I prevent unsightly underarm stubble?"

Wow, tough one. The trick is to be a man - then you won't have to shave! But if that's not a viable option, laser treatment is a good solution (since you're talking about prevention here). It's a bit pricey but after 6 sessions or so, you'll have smooth, hairless, Elven armpits. Read more about it hereand here.

Question 3 from Tony the Traitor:

"Can a person die if they swallow flatulence?"

The answer, is no. But I'm pretty sure a fart resulting from a combo of rotten eggs and durian can bring about a near-death experience.
