If you're not overly keen on the idea of fish being made into balls, you'll surely change your mind after eating at Shan Tou's. Making their fishballs without using any boric acid or preservatives whatsoever, the fishballs here are absolutely delectable. I could actually taste the fish and not just flour and soda like so many other fishballs out there. The fishballs have just the right amount of bounciness to them, delightfully juicy and also enjoyably chewy. Slices of fishcakes were also thrown into the bowl of noodles (RM4.20), along with a couple of fish wantan to complete the dish. The clear broth was nothing to shout about though. Rather, it was slightly too bland for my taste. But then again, less salt is always good for one's health.
