Chilli Goes Red

'Spicy' will not be the first thing that comes to mind when you set foot in RED. Situated within Uncle Chilli's at PJ Hilton is RED, a fine dining extension of the long established Tex-Mex fun pub. With warm, crystal chandeliers dangling from a low-hanging ceiling, abstract art pieces, and chiffon floor-to-ceiling drapes, the red and black decor can only be described as sensual and personal. Aside from a selection of chef's signature dishes, RED also has a drinks menu that will leave you grinning from ear-to-ear consisting of cocktails, imported beers, liquors, vintage wines, and champagne. The place has a seating capacity of 40 persons so you can expect an intimate dining experience every time.
