Doof it!

I don't know bout you, but when I first heard 'doof', I thought it would be the sound of Bugs Bunny learning kung-fu and opening a whole can o' whoop-ass on Elmer Fudd. But then it occurred to me that 1) 'doof' was a singular sound, 2) a Bugs Bunny fiasco would have better sound effects, and 3) 'doof' sounds comfy rather than painful.

Doof in all realistic glory, are actually very cheerful bean bags from Doof Industries. They come in all sorts of colours and look very comfortable, even in 2D photos. It's like you could almost feel your tush sinking into a giant over processed marshmallow.

The best part of this that you have a chance to win one of these soft, comfy lumps of relaxation! Just imagine coming home to land your butt into a lovely bean bag after hours of sitting on a boring ol' office chair.

It's called the Get Doof Quick Scheme #2 - D.I.Y [Doof It Yourself] Competition, and it's as simple as flushing a toilet. Really. All you have to do is pick any picture (Yes, anything. Even pictures of your grand uncle trying to assemble a flatpack bookshelf) and cut out available pictures of doofs and stick it onto the picture in a comedy fashion. Very much like how they put on make-up in the 1980's.

Whoever makes the best/funniest/prettiest/ugliest/most creative/most slapdash WINS! Photo quality isn't as important as the content of the picture being posted. All you have to do is post up your image on the Facebook event and then allow the open voting system to do its' stuff. Just let the 'likes' roll in! The winner will win a Turquoise CHUCK, which is one of the bean bags from their collection.

Check out the Facebook page here for more info and latest submissions. Contest ends on the 11th September.
