The Bread Shop is a bakery. But one look and you'll cotton that this isn't your typical neighbourhood bakery. An open kitchen of stainless steel appliances sits behind the display counter of baked goods. The whole look is minimalist cool.
When you push open the glass doors, instantly, you know you're in dough haven. The Bread Shop sells buns, soft and warm, and pastries like the cinnamon swirl and chocolate danish, so good it's impossible not to devour them immediately. The bakery also sells hard-to-find loaves like cranberry walnut (RM8.80), organic dark seed (RM7.80) and wholemeal walnut (RM6.80). Their German breads and baguettes come in varieties like sourdough, walnut sunflower and French garlic. Don't forget to complement your bread with a cup of coffee from the menu!
