MY Stereo Rocks!

Local music fans have a reason to rejoice this month, as Stereo Pixels presents MY Stereo Rocks! an afternoon gig featuring some of the country’s best bands under one roof. The main dish on the menu is Malaysia’s best known alt rock band Butterfingers. The four-man band’s appearance marks its first gig in a long time, not only breaking a much-talked-about period of inactivity but also to promote the impending release of their sixth album entitled Kembali slated for sometime in July. Aside from playing fan favourites, Butterfingers will be debuting the album’s first single “Seribu Tahun.”

Apart from Butterfingers, get juiced up on some of the local scene’s biggest names such as rock-hip hop outfit Pop Shuvit, power-pop band Couple, Britrock-inspired Bittersweet, and electro-rock newcomers The Otherside Orchestra. MY Stereo Rocks! will also feature upcoming bands such as Lunchbox, Nadia's Picture Show, Hijau and Skudap Skudip, just to name a few. So put on your pogo shoes and hop on down for a rocking day out.
