Glistening in a blanket of thick oyster sauce, the steamed chicken here is certainly is very pretty to look at. Fortunately, it’s even better eaten with the thin and refined kuay teow. Prawns add a very intense, savoury flavour to the broth, somewhat like the famous Ipoh sar hor fun. Of course, there's also the option of having the kuay teow dressed in the usual soy sauce too. Wonton and bean sprouts are a must too.
